Per updated Swift prep rule: .podspec is auto-updated by the prepare-to-release GitHub workflow during the manual release flow, not by prep. Also remove .claude/settings.json that was accidentally included on the release branch.

Looks good to me. One observation, doc only points to global, are we going to update the same doc for local HO support?
